I am a Sexual Empowerment Specialist, Sexologist and Certified-Lineage Based Tantric Practitioner who guides bold and brave women over 35 in transforming their relationship with sex, igniting their sexual power, creating soul affirming intimacy and activating their unique orgasmic codes to access more pleasure, more confidence and more joy in their lives. 

This wasn't always the case for me...

For years repressed sexual trauma  I had no memory of left me feeling disconnected and unsafe in my body, and constantly feeling anxious and insecure in my relationships.

I used sex to feel in control, liked and loved, which often lead to a lot of self betrayal of my heart and my boundaries. 

At the same time I was doing LOTS of healing on myself and in many ways I was thriving. 

But my relationship with sex wasn't a part of that equation. 

While I had an amazing partner who I felt so seen and so safe with, I rarely desired sex and I often resisted deeper intimacy. 

Over time I took the deepest dive into my own healing and began to recalibrate my body, my yoni and my nervous system to experience my birthright of pleasure, joy and orgasmic expansion.

I now feel so secure, embodied, safe, orgasmic, abundanct and so very confident.

My relationships are deeply fulfilling and rooted in love, joy, pleasure, respect and play, I express myself openly and freely and my orgasms are truly transcendent and allow me to tap into my magic. 

This is what can happen when we prioritize healing our relationship with sex and pleasure.
